DEPOSITS
​
Deposits are to be made at latest 14 days before filming of the first day. Only when payment of deposit has cleared will the date/s officially be booked & confirmed/ reserved.
A minimum of 50% of the package price is due before filming/ shooting is to commence, the remaining is due after filming or the last date of filming booked as.a package before any edit or raw material will be transferred.

There are a few options of receiving an edit or raw video/ images, the free method is via a private storage link for download to a chooser email address or via post which can vary in price depending on the amount of data for the usb stick and which delivery type is selected i.e. recorded delivery/ next day, this will be discussed at the time with the client.

EDITS
​
Filmmaking is a Scientific & Artistic professionalism, all efforts are made to work with the clients needs & visions for their video or images. Because creativity is involved ideas can possibly sway from what was initially envisioned by a client at the end product even when pre-production efforts were made before shooting, however this is post production and changeable. When an edit is part of a paid package additional changes will be made free of charge to the structure of a final edit if there was no structural discussions or clip structure previews sent to the client during its development. Ever effort is made to make the client over the moon with their service and end product. This is why there are many returning customers because of the quality of service and end product.

Cancellations
​
In the case of a cancelation deposits are refundable up to 50% if before the 14 days of the initially booked date.
